Guru Prem Singh Khalsa was given the title, Posture Master, by Yogi Bhajan; he has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for more than 30 years. A Professional Trainer within the Aquarian Trainer Academy, he is an advanced Kundalini & Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and an expert in body awareness in relation¬ship to personal growth. He travels all over the world teaching the tools and rules of divine alignment and letting your heart rule. The author of two other books, Divine Alignment and The Heart Rules, Guru Prem has had an active practice at the internationally renowned Khalsa Medical Clinic for more than 25 years, as a structural, breath, Yogic and Massage Therapist.
